Jan Taylor
Jan Taylor has been serving up her signature “lively” health and fitness coaching since 2014. Her classes have been described as “off the charts” and she offers fitness instruction in Pilates, TRX, HIIT, bootcamps, and cardio/strength training. Her personal training sessions are completely customized to the individual and help clients capitalize on their strengths, what they ENJOY about exercise, and where they need to build strength.

As a health coach, Jans works 1:1, in small group settings, and through online programs to help people develop the habits and lifestyle they desire, improve their relationship with food, and find more joy in their lives!

Jan’s “Get Lively: Health & Fitness” classes and personal training will be located in residence right here at Ballroom in Boston.
