You won’t want to miss our Thursday Westie classes and social dance! Every Thursday, we hold West Coast Swing classes, Two Step classes, and have a fabulous social dance where you can practice everything that you learned!
Thursday Westie is high-energy and our dance community is welcoming to all levels. In each lesson you will learn different moves that you can try out on the dance floor.

Bio: Kristen has been dancing since the age of three and has amassed experience in multiple styles including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, Lindy hop and west coast swing, amongst others. She is an All Star level competitor. Her dance teaching philosophy is getting technique down so students can focus on having fun! Kristen enjoys many aspects of contributing to the community through teaching, event organization, and deejaying. She is also the new event director of Countdown Swing Boston over New Years!

Class Descriptons
West Coast Swing Crash Course: Do you want to learn West Coast Swing? This FREE crash course will go over the first steps and introduce you to the West Coast Swing Style. It’s the perfect trial class for you to get in the swing of dance!
Beginner 1 West Coast Swing: Learn the basic of West Coast Swing! This class is perfect for beginners, so grab your partner and get on the dance floor!
Beginner 2 West Coast Swing: Do you know the basics of West Coast Swing? This class is perfect for beginners to learn more patterns to take onto the dance floor!
Beginner Two Step: Learn the basics of the two step! This class is open to all levels — we will review the basic and a new variation each class, so grab your partner and get on the dance floor!
Intermediate West Coast Swing: This is a great way to take your West Coast Swing to the next level. This class will focus primarily on technique. (Permission by an instructor needed to attend this class).
Intermediate Two Step: Learn technique and more advanced patterns of the two step! This class is open to intermediate levels — so grab your partner and get on the dance floor!(Permission by an instructor needed to attend this class)
